The Facility Worker Form Policy covers radiation tort claims of workers at nuclear facilities insured by ANI. This is an industry-wide program subject to a single industry aggregate—see the Liability Policy Limits addendum for the current aggregate limit. 

Coverage applies on a “claims made” basis to claims for bodily injury caused on or after the inception date of the applicable Facility Form Policy, if such claims are first reported to ANI on or after January 1, 1998. A “discovery period” of one year applies in the event coverage is cancelled or terminated.
